★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechte Kundenservice. Hatte nicht einmal gegrüßt, aber andere Kunden ganz laut gegrüßt(...?) Beim Weggehen genauso still. Tochter hat eine Uhr ausgesucht. Mitarbeiterin hat uns überhaubt nicht geholfen. Leider war die Uhr für ihr Handgelenk zu zu kurz. Gerade in dem letzten Loch gebunden. Sie hat uns die Uhr erst nach dem Sie es verkauft hat zum anprobieren gegeben. Wir wollten sie gleich umtauschen, aber leider gab es kein Umtausch und Geldzurück. Sie hätte uns zuvor informieren müssen, warum steht sie dann dort.
Bad customer service. Did not even greet, but greeted other customers quite loud (...?) When leaving as equally quiet. Daughter has chosen a clock. Co-worker did not help us überhaubt. Unfortunately, the watch was too short for her wrist. Just tied in the last hole. She gave us the watch only after she sold it to try on. We wanted to exchange them immediately, but unfortunately there was no exchange and money back. She should have informed us first, why is she there?
