I was greeted politely at the door immediately, was told I would be seen as soon as a Surefoot employee was available. After waiting only 5 minutes He introduced himself, then did my foot mapping. He then chose 2 boots he felt would fit my wide foot accordingly, and let me choose which I felt more comfortable in, never once trying to sell me based on price. He took his time with me even considering it was close to store closing time. I am so thrilled with the experience I had here and can't wait to get on the mountain in my new custom ski boots! I would recommend to any skier or snowboarder!
