During sales, you can get things cheaper. With or without sales, I can say that their prices are far better compare to other places in the city center.
They also offer tax-free purchase for non-schengen/EU nationals whose resident is out of the Schengen area or for those with such entitlement. You can ask their staff about the tax-free purchase procedure and they will help you out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has one of the worst services I’ve ever experienced in my life. Not only did they omit a group discount we’re supposed to get, they also blamed us when their suitcase doesn’t open because they set the code not as we instructed them to (set to 169 instead of 159). The middle aged and overweight caucasian shop attender who smells bad, and is about 175 cm tall was extremely rude and inattentive. He kept blaming us for his colleague’s mistake. The lady who set the code wrong was blond, had long hair, and is in her fifties. She insisted that she set the code to 159 EVEM AFTER it opened when it was on 169. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The prices are really attractive. If you are willing to pay extra for better quality then you would find good deals here. Having that said, based on how the ground crew and airport staff are handling the checked-in luggages, I usually go with the most durable, cheap, light and fabric made ones and only spend a premium on hand luggage. Samsonite offers many other products and accessories as well.
