Good evening! This is the product purchased from your store and the quality leaves it to be desired, after 2 days in the product box and a road from Romania to Austria.I don't know what we can do with this product ?!?!I cannot give any star to the store !!!

I visited the store, there was a young man who served me first and also a blond lady. I was being served by the man- I wanted to buy lower price range watches, as presents - but the lady made a very self setisfied and condescending comments, that they are not selling designer watches and I am in the wrong store. I was shocked by the manner the level of rudeness. I told her that I am not shopping for myself, I have multiple high-end watches and I would like to buy presents...I must say I am not a regular shopper at this outlet centre but I was very surprised by this negative experience and I am not used to such behaviour. I also run a business myself, I have multiple employees and I would never ever use such tone with anyone. This kind of attitude is totally unacceptable to me and it is very inappropriate. Before Christmas I will probably revisit the centre again, and probably go this shop as well... but I really hope that I will not have the same extremely bad customer experience

have been your customer for quit some time now. We have purchased quit a few watches from you. However, for the first time i experienced such a rude and unprofessional behaviour from the staff at your pandorf outlet. last week I purchased two watches. And I told the gentleman that I am not sure about the color of watches so I may have to get one color changed, he told me no problems and based on his promise I purchased the watch. However, when I went to change the colour and to also to buy another watch the staff did not treat me well and the lady there was not even interested in explaining me the basic functions. When I asked her a question about the just one function, she very rudely replied to me that she is not supposed to tell me anything, insted I must read the manual... this is absolutely uncalled for behaviour. The staff there is to help customers and answer the basic questions relating to products and functions I was shocked but I ignored it. Furthermore, after I made the payment, instead of giving me a new watch from stock, she gave me the watch which was on display. When I requested her to give the new piece from inside as the other day your colleagues told me that you have quit a few of these powermatic 80 in stock and this one in the showcase is only for the display purpose. But she insisted that the colleagues have given you wrong information and this watch is the only piece and gave me the same. Even though it looked little pale and worn out. She told me if I have any problems I can come back and get it changed. However, the problem didn't end here the watch is not reserving enough power as it should. So I called your showroom and your staff told me that must try for few more days after self winding. If it still doesn't really work as it should be then we will take it back. And you can take some other things. However, today when I called to inform them that it is not working properly the gentleman who answered the call very rudely disconnected the call without even giving me any answer. Afterwards I called again and the staff simply ignored my calls, moreover, a few times they picked up but as soon as I speak they again hung up. For your reference I am attaching below the list of call records. So that you can see how your staff badly behaved with the customer. I am sure they must have done this to others also. I would very humbly request you to please look into this matter and resolve this for me. Just for your information I have also ordered another watch which is powermatic 80 luxury. With this kind of response how do you expect customer to continue shopping from your company. I would expect a faster and logical conclusion to this ongoing issue.
