Bought two watches and they told us ..they would give us a fresh piece..it was a gift for my sister and when we opened it we found out it was a used and defected one and now not even replying. Really disappointed ..was quite unexpected. May be it seems like the watch ain't even real. It could be fake. And I'm also sharing this incident with Michael Kors India and US to let them know the quality of their goods under their own name (MK) has been misused and the customers are being cheated with such products.
