Mir ist bewusst, dass in dem Shop auch B-Ware zu einem günstigeren Preis angeboten wird, jedoch wird diese nicht explizit als solche ausgewiesen. Ich kaufte vor 1 Woche für 78 Euro eine 3 stöckige Etagere „Maria Weiß“, die ich zu Hause in Linz mit Freude zusammenbaute. Ich war geschockt, als ich feststellte, dass die Stange so schief war, dass es nicht nur häßlich anzuschauen war sondern auch Lebensmittel von den Tellern gefallen wären. So etwas hätte ich nicht von einem Unternehmen wie Rosenthal erwaret, das sich selbst als traditionsreichstes und zugleich modernstes Markenartikelunternehmen Deutschlands nennt und durch Form, Funktion, Qualität und Handwerkskunst bestechen möchte. Selbst für B-Ware kann der Anspruch bestehen, dass das Produkt verwendet werden kann. Zähneknirschend bin ich heute wieder die 230 km von Linz nach Parndorf gefahren, um die Etagere umzutauschen. Es stelle sich heraus, dass alle Etageren im Geschäft dieses Problem haben und die Verkäuferin sich nicht einmal dessen bewusst war. Sie konnte auch nicht zwischen A- und B-Ware unterscheiden. Da also dieser Kauf nicht nachgebessert werden konnte, wollte ich mein Geld zurück, was mir verwehrt wurde. Mir wurde nur ein Gutschein für ein anderes Produkt in diesem Geschäft angeboten. Auch ein Anruf der Verkäuferin in Deutschland half nicht. Mir blieb also nichts anderes übrig, als ein anderes Produkt zu kaufen, was ich eigentlich gar nicht wollte. Ich bin sehr verärgert und enttäuscht, aber vor allem enttäuscht. Ich habe noch nie solch eine schlechte Qualität und solch einen schlechten Service bei einem Markenherstelller erlebt. I would like to share my experience at the Rosenthal Outlet Shop in Parndorf, Austria. I am aware that B-goods are also offered at a lower price in the shop, but this is not explicitly shown as such. 1 week ago I bought a 3-story tiered stand “Maria Weiß” for 78 euros, which I was happy to assemble at home in Linz. I was shocked to find that the bar was so crooked that it was not only ugly to look at but also that food would have fallen from the plates. I would not have expected something like this from a company like Rosenthal, which calls itself the most traditional and at the same time the most modern branded goods company in Germany and wants to impress with form, function, quality and craftsmanship. Even for B-goods there can be a claim that the product can be used. Gritting my teeth, I drove the 230 km from Linz to Parndorf again today to exchange the étagère. It turns out that all the tiered stands in the store have this problem and the saleswoman wasn't even aware of it. Nor could she differentiate between A and B goods. Since this purchase could not be improved, I wanted my money back, which I was denied. I was only offered a voucher for another product in this store. A phone call from the saleswoman in Germany didn't help either. So I had no choice but to buy another product, which I actually didn't want. I am very upset and disappointed, but most of all disappointed. I have never experienced such poor quality and such poor service from a brand manufacturer.
