Zudem wurde mir ein ganzer Haufen an Kontaktlinsenprobematerial mitgegeben. Die Preise sind sehr vernünftig und die Leistung ist tadellos. Gerne jederzeit wieder! A very competent optician! I quickly needed a pair of glasses and within two days everything was done. In addition, I was given a whole bunch of contact lens sample material. The prices are very reasonable and the performance is impeccable. Gladly anytime again!

Immer schöne Brillen und gute Kontaktlinsen bekommen. Diesmal wegen Corona Pflegemittel tel. bestellt. Am nächsten Tag 130 KM weiter weg mit Post erhalten. Meinen Optiker gebe ich nicht her und hier gebe es einige. Vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung. We have been advised extremely courteously and competently for many years. The employees there are simply passionate about it. Always get nice glasses and good contact lenses. This time because of Corona care products tel. ordered. Trotz Lockdown und daher eigentlich Terminvereinbarung im voraus wurde mir sofort geholfen. Hinzu kommt noch das dies die erste Brille ist die ich ohne Eingewöhnung sofort und ständig tragen konnte bzw. kann. Perfekt eingestellt sozusagen. Großes Lob an das Team. Had lost my glasses and urgently needed new ones, so spontaneously to Optik Grubmüller. Despite lockdown and therefore actually making an appointment in advance, I was helped immediately. In addition, these are the first glasses that I could or can wear immediately and constantly without getting used to. Perfectly adjusted, so to speak. Kudos to the team.

Nach Terminvereinbarung nehmen sich die Mitarbeiter immer ausreichen Zeit um auf die Wünsche und Anliegen ihrer Kunden einzugehen. Mir ist es auch bisher nie gelungen mir Kontaktlinsen einzusetzen aber bei meinem letzten Besuch nahm man sich 1 1/2 Stunden Zeit mir genau zu zeigen wie ich die Linsen am besten rein und rausgeben kann und was soll ich sagen… nun kann ich es :) Very great service! I have been with this optometrist for three years. After making an appointment, the employees always take enough time to respond to the wishes and concerns of their customers. I've never been able to put in contact lenses either, but on my last visit they took 1 1/2 hours to show me exactly how to put the lenses in and out and what can I say... now I can :)

Ever since we became their loyal customers who have always received the best quality service, honest and professional advices and proofs of their mission statement to make impossible things possible. Recent example - our daughter's glasses got broken 3 days till Christmas... with a need to completely replace the front frame part. Optik Grubmüller called us on the 24th in the morning to tell that we can already come and get our glasses fixed!.. And all in COVID-19 times!.. This is why we haven't even considered changing our Optician despite our relocation to upper Austria 2 years ago. 200% recommended for all!!!
