a	alexandra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aufgrund eines sehr verlockenden Angebots habe ich vor 1,5 Jahren meine und die Brille meines Kindes dort gekauft. Es war ein absolutes Chaos und das Personal schien mir nicht sehr kompetent. Als ich das Geschäft verließ, war ich sehr verändert darüber, dass ich trotz allem die Brillen gar nicht so billig gekauft habe, denn minus 50% auf Gläser gilt nur auf die super entspiegelten. Egal. Letztendlich stellte sich dann nach einiger Zeit heraus, dass meine Tochter mit der Brille Probleme beim Sehen hatte, was Letztendlich dazu führte, dass sie sie nicht getragen hat. Nachdem ich jetzt wieder beim Augenarzt war u meine Tochter eine andere Sehschärfe benötigt, wollte ich die Gläser austauschen lassen. Vorher waren wir immer beim Optiker F. Wir bekamen den Austausch der Gläser immer gratis, da die Kosten von der Krankenkasse übernommen wurden. Nicht so bei Pearle. Hier wollten sie 19,90 € für den Austausch. Als ich die Krankenkasse und die Verordnung erwähnte, tat der Herr so, als würde er irgendwas nachschauen, u meinte das würde nicht gehen und er kann mit 9,90 € machen. Daraufhin bin ich gegangen und zu dem Besagten Optiker im Q19 mit F gefahren. Hier bekamen wir mit dem Rezept selbstverständlich die Gläser gratis und auch einen Teil der neuen Fassung. Der Service ist dort ein ganz anderer und ich bin wirklich froh, die Gläser nicht bei Peale tauschen lassen zu haben, auch wenn mir die Brille mit Gläser dort teurer gekommen ist, als die 19,90 € bei Pearle, aber alleine für den kompletten Service war ich bereit mehr zu bezahlen. Nie wieder Pearle! Due to a very tempting offer, I bought my and my child's glasses there 1.5 years ago. It was an absolute mess and the staff didn't seem very knowledgeable to me. When I left the shop, I was very changed about the fact that, in spite of everything, I didn't buy the glasses that cheap, because the minus 50% on glasses only applies to the super anti-reflective ones. All the same. Ultimately, after a while, it turned out that my daughter had problems seeing with the glasses, which ultimately led to her not wearing them. Now that I was back at the ophthalmologist and my daughter needed a different visual acuity, I wanted to have the lenses replaced. Before that, we always went to the optician F. We always got the exchange of glasses free of charge, as the costs were covered by the health insurance. Not so with Pearle. Here they wanted € 19.90 for the exchange. When I mentioned the health insurance and the prescription, the gentleman pretended to look something up, u said it wouldn't work and he can do it with € 9.90. Then I went and drove with F to the optician in question in Q19. Here, of course, we got the glasses for free with the recipe and also part of the new frame. The service there is completely different and I'm really glad I didn't have the glasses changed at Peale, even if the glasses with glasses were more expensive there than the € 19.90 at Pearle, but for the complete service alone I was willing to pay more Never again Pearle!

Nachdem ich Probleme hatte, die Brille Rutsche immer runter, lies ich sie neu einstellen und ein Hardcover habe ich mir auch gleich besorgt. Ich kann nur sagen top Service, wirklich freundliches Personal und gute Beratung. About three weeks ago I bought glasses here at a good price due to a current campaign. After I had problems with the glasses always sliding down, I read them again and got a hardcover right away. I can only say great service, really friendly staff and good advice.
