Mit viel Geduld und enormen Wissen schaffte Sie es mir die perfekten multifokalen Linsen anzupassen! Alles super u d Danke immer wieder I made it through to use contact lenses, but was very skeptical. Then came Mrs. Scheed! With a lot of patience and enormous knowledge, she managed to adapt the perfect multifocal lenses to me! Everything was great and thanks again and again

Bei der Konkurrenz nie ein Thema. Musste jetzt ohne richtig zu sehen einen anderen Optiker finden. Personal war freundlich, aber wie gesagt eben kompliziert. Verstehe schon, dass es sich um ein Medizinprodukt handelt... aber im Notfall sollte man auch Lösungen anbieten können... Very complicated ... just wanted a pack of soft contact lenses because I had lost one and was almost blind with -5 diopters. Never an issue with the competition. Had to find another optician without really seeing. Staff was friendly, but as I said, complicated. I already understand that it is a medical product ... but in an emergency you should also be able to offer solutions ...

Wurde sofort abgewimmelt und ich solle mich beim G3 Wutscher Store melden. Vom G3 Wutscher Store wurde mir dann telefonisch mitgeteilt, dass die Rückgabe überhaupt kein Problem ist und sogar in JEDER Wutscher Filiale möglich ist. Anscheinend hier aber nicht. Called - wanted to return contact lenses that I bought two days ago at the G3 Wutscher store. Was immediately rejected and I should report to the G3 Wutscher Store. The G3 Wutscher Store then informed me by phone that the return is no problem at all and is even possible in EVERY Wutscher branch. Apparently not here.

Ist eh niemand im Geschäftslokal, besonders wegen des Lockdowns, und trotzdem soll ich eine Woche auf einen Termin warten. Erinnert mich an die Erfahrungen in der Donauzentrumfiliale, wo ich 2 Monate auf meine Brille warten musste. Dann geh ich halt wieder zum Pearl oder zum Hartlauer, die wollen wenigstens noch was verkaufen. 2. Wutscher branch that I left unsatisfied. There's no one in the office anyway, especially because of the lockdown, and still I'm supposed to wait a week for an appointment. Reminds me of the experiences in the Donauzentrum branch, where I had to wait 2 months for my glasses. Then I'll just go back to the Pearl or the Hartlauer, they at least want to sell something.

Roland Dürner gesehen ? hat sich Zeit genommen für meinen Sohn die perfekte Brille zu finden und war dabei stets bemüht und sehr nett. Solche Verkäufer sollte es mehr geben ? immer wieder gerne ?
