★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. The staff is not helpful, they're very arrogant and rude and talk down to you. I have faced multiple problems while living at StuWo and can safely say that while the furniture is great and the rooms are well-designed, the team is completely disappointing and they find loopholes in their contracts and make you pay for things that are not your fault. You would be better off staying at a hostel than choosing this dorm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been living here already for two years and I love it. Dorm is clean and new. It's equipped with many good things like the gym, laundry room, party room, spa and etc. Rooms are big enough. However, shared space with the kitchen is a bit small with not enough space for two or more people stuff. There is also a cleaning service every second week which is great. I would highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend this accommodation for students looking for a memorable experience filled with:
1) Headache
2) Unprofessionalism
3) Rudeness
4) a high possibility of being scammed and never getting your deposit money back.
5) and MOST IMPORTANTLY, make sure to get yourself a very good health insurance because you will have to live with the daily fear of getting a stroke every time you cook since the fire alarms there are more sensitive than libras

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst dormitories in whole city of Graz. Extremely rude staff, cleaning ladies without even the smallest amount of politeness. They just get into your room and tell you to leave, they even come when it is not scheduled. Also, they do not clean very well. Fire alarms are very sensitive, they are turned on even for smallest smoke from cooking.
We got charged 600 euros for fire alarm which was triggered by cooking and they made us pay that fine and just after that we were introduced with new rules with fines and everything regarding fire alarms.
10/10 would not recommend this for anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience could had been better, from filthy roommates to alarm systems being turned on all of the sudden. All in all, it wasn't the best experience of my life, staff can be incompetent sometimes and will find a way to cheat you out of your money. If I was to choose whether or not to live here, I'd choose to find an apartment where I can live alone and pay way less than ~400 a month.
