Good place for students and workers. Heating sobro.There is a ground floor gym.All machines.Music room.Lifts work.It is connected by tram and bus transportation.
S	Simon Schandl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe ein Jahr dort gewohnt und es hat mir sehr gefallen. Es gibt einen Fitnessraum. Zudem ist es extrem sauber und die Nähe zur Innenstadt ist auch gegeben. Die Heimleitung ist ebenfalls sehr nett. Top Wohnheim... und eigentlich eher ein normales Wohngebäude :). I lived there for a year and enjoyed it a lot. There is a gym. In addition, it is extremely clean and it is close to the city center. The home management is also very nice. Top dormitory ... and actually more of a normal residential building :).

Das Heim, die Wohnungen und die zusätzlich gebotenen Räume (Aufenthaltsraum, Dachterasse, Fitnessraum) sind einfach super! Das Team ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als ich für ein Praktikum einige Monate nach Wien gehen musste, wurde ich super dabei unterstützt, auch in Wien einen Heimplatz zu bekommen. Die Lage des Heimes ist für FH JOANNEUM Studenten perfekt und auch der Spaziergang in die Stadt ist nicht allzu weit (gibt ja auch noch die BIM, die quasi vor der Haustüre abfährt). Ein kleiner Punkt der mich stört, ist die Parkplatz-Situation, da es keine Parkplätze oder Ladezonen für Bewohner gibt (gegenüber gibt es entlang der Siemens zwar gratis Parkplätze, die aber immer wenn man sie mal benötigt besetzt sind). Zusammengefasst: top Betreuung, super schönes und modernes Heim, für mich super Lage! I have been living in the STUWO SmartLiving for 2 years now. The home, the apartments and the additional rooms (lounge, roof terrace, fitness room) are simply great! The team is very friendly and helpful. When I had to go to Vienna for a few months for an internship, I received great support in getting a place in Vienna. The location of the home is perfect for FH JOANNEUM students and a walk into the city is not too far either (there is also the BIM, which is practically on the doorstep). A small point that bothers me is the parking lot situation, as there are no parking spaces or loading zones for residents (there are free parking spaces opposite along the Siemens, but they are always occupied when you need them). In summary: top support, super nice and modern home, great location for me!
L	Leon Schantini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöner Sportraum der alles hat was man braucht. Supermarkt in der nähe der auch Sonntags offen hat. Super Internet. Obst und Gemüse Garten. Sehr sehr Sauber. Sehr ruhig und leise trotz nähe zum HBF durch sehr schalldichte Fenster. Grundsätzlich alles und mehr was man von einem Studentenwohnheimsplatz erwarten kann. Nice sports room that has everything you need. Supermarket nearby that is also open on Sundays. Great internet. Fruit and vegetable garden. Very, very clean. Very quiet and quiet despite being close to the main station thanks to very soundproof windows. Basically everything and more that can be expected from a student residence hall.

Jedoch ist die Hausordnung sehr streng, denn jede Wohnung "obliegt dem Studentenwohnheimgesetz" und nicht dem Mietgesetz ( betrifft Besucher/Übernachtungen und beispielsweise den selbständigen Einbau einer Klimaanlage [extra Kosten].) Ab Frühling ist es allgemein im Gebäude sehr heiß - auch in den Wohnungen. The apartments, common rooms and roof terrace are very nice. However, the house rules are very strict, because every apartment "is subject to the student dormitory law" and not the rental law (applies to visitors / overnight stays and, for example, the independent installation of air conditioning [extra costs].) From spring on, it is generally very hot in the building - even in the Apartments.
M	Marlis M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe die ersten Jahre meines Studiums im STUWO Smart Living verbracht und kann es jedenfalls empfehlen. Es herrscht ein freundlicher und wertschätzender Umgangston, man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Die allgemeine Atmosphäre des Hauses ist angenehm, die Lage hervorragend, man ist sehr gut angebunden und trotz der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof hält sich der Lärm in Grenzen. Auch der wunderschöne, liebevoll gepflegte Garten und die Dachterrasse sind eine Freude. Die Wohnungen sind komfortabel, leider etwas schlecht zu belüften und die Wärme staut sich im Sommer sehr. Weiters sind auch Gemeinschafts-, Fitness- und Waschraum ordentlich und sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Lediglich der Umstand, dass man Übernachtungsgäste immer anmelden muss, kann etwas einschränkend sein, doch das gehört wohl einfach zu Studierenden-Wohnheimen dazu und ist ein sehr kleiner Minuspunkt. Insgesamt spreche ich meine Dankbarkeit und Wertschätzung für Euer Haus aus. Mit freundlichem Gruß. MM I spent the first few years of my studies at STUWO Smart Living and can definitely recommend it. There is a friendly and appreciative tone, you feel that you are in good hands. The general atmosphere of the house is pleasant, the location is excellent, you are very well connected and despite the close proximity to the main train station, the noise is limited. The beautiful, lovingly tended garden and the roof terrace are also a delight. The apartments are comfortable, unfortunately a bit poorly ventilated and the heat builds up a lot in summer. Furthermore, the communal, fitness and laundry rooms are neat and clean, well equipped and comfortable. Only the fact that you always have to register overnight guests can be a bit restrictive, but that is simply part of student dormitories and is a very small minus point.
