Great place ! Had a pleasant stay. Just enough for one person in a very reasonable price .

Don't do it, it was the worst when my husband and I were leaving and they took most of our deposits and asked for ridiculous things. If you want peace of mind, go elsewhere.

Nice place, conveniently located, in really nice part of the city. Rooms aren't too bad either. A little bit chaotic service at times, but nothing you wouldn't be able to cope with, since the staff is really nice.

Milestone Graz Lend offers “luxury” apartments for those unfortunate enough to have been reeled in by ads. If you are one of those unfortunate souls, I have compiled a list of all the services you get by renting a 470€/m apartment here: -A room with walls so thin you can skip out on purchasing any TV because you can just listen in whenever your neighbor is watching something. -Nice designer furniture, including the Guinness world record holder for the tiniest sink in existence. (See picture attached) -A 10% chance to have the view out of your window be the absolutely gorgeous Schlossberg, or a 90% chance to be the nearest parking lot. (see other picture attached) -Internet with so many network problems it would put spiders on cocaine to shame. -A tiny home gym with 1 set of weights, a pair of steppers and a treadmill. You know, in an apartment complex that houses multiple hundreds of people. -A monthly cleaning service that’s just straight up bound to the contract. (You won’t believe the amount of doors that have “don’t come in to clean” taped on them) -A tiny music room that’s not very sound proof for all the people chilling in the lobby. Including only a piano that for whatever reason is always slightly out of tune. -Very nice neighbors (I might be slightly biased here) with hobbies including: Loudly complaining about past mistakes while drunk Screaming while drunk Punching walls (I presume also while drunk) All preferably at 3 am prior to an exam. -All of this is in a “pRiME lOcATiOn” in Graz – said in ads made by people who have probably never visited the KF university. The statement “It only takes you 15 minutes to go to the KF by bike (:” I’ve been reading on the review pages here really just rubbed salt into the wound that I had from not having a bike in the winter months that I was here. The KF-Uni and Milestone are on opposite ends of the city. This, ladies and gentlemen, is not what we call a “prime location” for those who don’t know. You are going to have to account at the very least 30 minutes to go from your room to the nearest lecturing hall *given that you have a bus pass*. If you don’t have one you better be prepared to walk to uni for almost AN HOUR. I know plenty of people that get to the KF-uni main building in less than 10 minutes. -Yet free of charge is a nice hot island feeling at the constant higher than 30C° temperatures in your room in the summer, including a sadistic thermostat that does nothing besides watching you get boiled alive. It isn’t all bad though. The designer furniture is nice, the room feels very spacy for how small it actually is and the fact you don’t have to worry about paying for electricity, water and internet separately is quite time saving. But if you can’t tell by those paragraphs above, I probably wouldn’t recommend renting a Milestone apartment to anyone besides maybe rich students from abroad who only want to party. And even then, why wouldn’t you just get a small apartment deeper in the city (for probably less)? All in all: If you’re a normal student, for the love of god don’t go here. I had to find out the hard way. Learn from my mistakes. Please.

Milestone was a very nice place to stay. The apartment was cosy, and you have services such as gym and laundry, among others, available. It is just 5 min walk away from the Graz main railway station, so there are very good connections to practically anywhere in the city, plus one can rent a bicycle, which is very handy! The office opening hours were a tad too short for my taste, which can sometimes be a problem. However, that being said, the (very nice) staff at Milestone could be contacted in very urgent matters even on weekends. I will highly recommend Milestone Graz!

Just don’t do it. It’s completely overpriced. The rooms are nice in winter but as soon as summer rolls in and the temperature reaches the 30 degree (Celsius) mark. Let’s say it gets rather uncomfortable. The staff is nice when they’re available just don’t bother calling outside of the working hours. It wasn’t all bad but you can get a way more convenient room for less money, easily. Edit: Yes, it is uncommon for rooms in this area to be facilitated with an air conditioning unit nevertheless the sole window does not provide a comfortable airstream thus making it uncomfortable to spend time in the room. Of course the staff has other duties to fulfill but still most of the residents (students or people who work during the day) are unable to tend to their needs. Additionally, you can already get your own a apartment for that price or find a cozy room in a WG for much less.

Absolute disappointment. Extremely small rooms. It's very hot in summer and very cold in winter. The heating works absolutely crazy and you have to buy an extra heater, otherwise you freeze. I had bad luck living on a side which faces terrace. It's super loud, no one respects the rules. But the worst thing is a main manager Christoph. A real psycho, the only interest of him is money and he doesn't care about your problems and complaints at all. I suggest no one to come there.
