★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offered me a room, but as soon as they found out it's a short term stay. They stopped responding. Wouldn't reply to emails. When I called, they always say they will give me an answer before the end of the day, but never did. I was almost homeless because of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room looked nothing like the pictures, many utilities that were supposed to be included were unavailable.
Took three months and countless emails before they returned my deposit, and also took €75 for bogus "cleaning services".
I got locked out once and had to spend the night on the streets, best night's sleep I had for my whole stay.
AVOID THIS PLACE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to the Covid-19 situation I was not able to be in the dorm. I was still obligated to pay the full price of the dorm which is awful and unfair since I was in the dorm for 35 minutes in total. I am paying for water that I am not using and also electricity that I am not using. In time when many dorms all around Europe lower the prices for dorm, they were not willing meet students half way. Very sad and rude. I was also not able to cancle the dorm so I have to pay 5 rents. Speechless.
