Als ich eingezogen bin, sah die Wohnung erstmal nicht aus wie auf den Bildern im Internet - kein Holzfußboden, sondern ein fragwürdiger grauer Untergrund, der in der Küche einen Wasserschaden hat und nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen nicht repariert wurde. Es stehen immer noch sperrige Möbel mitten in der Wohnung, die von Bewohnern sind, die vor einigen Jahren hier gewohnt haben und nicht abgeholt werden. Die Küche war komplett schmutzig, der Kühlschrank schimmelig, die Wände von meinen Mitbewohnern waren beim Einzug ziemlich ranzig und direkt vor der Tür ist seit Jahren eine Baustelle, deren Lärm es nicht möglich macht, die Tür eine längere Zeit aufstehen zu lassen. Von dem Gaming Room, Gym, Sauna und Garten habe ich nichts gesehen. Am Anfang war es nicht möglich, Wäsche zu waschen. Ein paar gute Sachen gibt's: Die Zimmer sind komplett ausgestattet, das Internet, Strom und Wasser funktionieren und die Lage ist eigentlich super. Wenn alles so wäre, wie auf der Website versprochen, wäre der Preis sehr fair; leider ist das nicht so. Pretty strange place. When I moved in, the apartment initially didn't look like the pictures on the Internet - no wooden floor, but a questionable gray surface that was damaged by water in the kitchen and was not repaired after repeated inquiries. There is still bulky furniture in the middle of the apartment, which is from residents who lived here a few years ago and is not picked up. The kitchen was completely dirty, the refrigerator was moldy, the walls of my roommates were pretty rancid when I moved in and there has been a construction site right in front of the door for years, the noise of which makes it impossible to leave the door open for a long time. I didn't see anything of the gaming room, gym, sauna and garden. In the beginning it was not possible to do laundry. There are a few good things: The rooms are fully equipped, the internet, electricity and water work and the location is actually great. If everything were as promised on the website, the price would be very fair; unfortunately this is not the case.
w	wonu's eggeutarteu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Neubau ist leider ein Fehlbau gewesen - die meisten Räume haben keine Fenster. Die Fenster, die vorhanden sind, kriegen nur sehr indirektes Sonnenlicht. Das Büro hat allermeistens geschlossen, das heißt im Notfall (Schlüsselkarte kaputt/verloren/etc.) hat man Pech gehabt. Unfortunately, the new building was a bad construction - most of the rooms have no windows. The windows that are available only get very indirect sunlight. Most of the time the office was closed, which means in an emergency (key card broken / lost / etc.) You were unlucky.
