Nach Reklamation wurde mir das Angebot gemacht, eine neue Brille mit neuen Gläser aus zu suchen. Ich sage toll gelaufen, was wünscht man sich mehr. Jetzt habe ich die gleiche Brille wie Jonny Depp. Well, I had problems with the glasses. The connection between hanger and glasses was a novel system. After complaining I was offered to look for new glasses with new glasses. I say great, what more do you want? Now I have the same glasses as Jonny Depp.

Hatte heute eine tolle Beratung bezüglich Computerbrille von einer sehr netten Mitarbeiterin mit tollen, wunderschönen blauen Augen.....:-). Nach einem sehr gewissenhaften und intensiven Sehtest im Untergeschoss inklusive extrem kompetenter Erklärungen des Optikers habe ich dann zwei neue Brillen statt einer bestellt. Und eine von den beiden Brillen hat die selbe Farbe wie die wunderschönen Augen der Dame die mich bezüglich Brille beraten hat.....:-). So muss ein tolles Einkaufserlebnis sein! Vielen lieben Dank dafür! Absolutely great store. Had a great consultation today regarding computer glasses from a very nice employee with great, beautiful blue eyes.....:-). After a very conscientious and intensive eye test in the basement, including extremely competent explanations from the optician, I then ordered two new glasses instead of one. And one of the two glasses has the same color as the beautiful eyes of the lady who advised me on glasses.....:-). This is how a great shopping experience should be! Thank you very much!

Weil die bestellte Brille später als geplant ankam und ich bereits nicht mehr in Wien war, haben sie mir das Paket kostenfrei ins EU-Ausland nachgeschickt, das nenne ich Service! Dankeschön :) Was given very friendly and competent advice. Because the glasses I ordered arrived later than planned and I was no longer in Vienna, they sent me the package for free to other EU countries, that's what I call service! Thank you very much :)

The kind, multilingual staff helped me find a stylish pair of Moscot glasses to fill a bifocal prescription for reading and computer work. They went the extra mile to ensure the prescription was correct and the frames were perfect for my face shape. I absolutely love my new reading glasses. Cost: 699€. Note: Bifocals are always pricey. I returned to Stino Optik roughly a week later for help with an old pair of Oliver Peoples sunglasses that I've nearly worn to death. The lenses were severely scratched and the case destroyed. Within 2 hours, my sunglasses were like new. Michael and his colleagues quickly replaced the lenses, tuned up the frames, and replaced the broken case. Cost: 49€, which is a hell of a lot cheaper than buying a new pair of Oliver Peoples sunglasses. Seriously, look no further for premium eyewear and expert service. Stino Optik rules. ?
