F	Franz Huber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe am 4.10.18 eine Armbanduhr und eine Taschenuhr, beide voll funktionsfähig, zur Restauration gebracht. Dauer für die Armbanduhr laut KV 2-6 MTE, tatsächlich waren es 13 MTE. Dauer für die Taschenuhr laut KV 6-12 MTE. Nach 20 MTE habe ich Herrn Mikl ersucht endlich einen Fertigstellungstermin zu nennen oder die Taschenuhr zu retournieren. Herr Mikl hat sich entschieden die Uhr zurückzugeben. In 20 MTE wurde lediglich eine Goldlünette um 600 EUR angefertigt und die Uhr, inklusive der beim Erstellen des KVs oder beim Zerlegen gebrochenen Teile ausgefolgt. (Komplett funktionsunfähig). Vor der Restauration befand sich die Uhr (bis auf die Lünette) in weit besserem Zustand. Obwohl der lange Reparaturzeitraum von -12 MTE von Herrn Mikl selbst angeboten, angenommen und dann nicht eingehalten wurde, sucht er die Schuld beim Kunden. Drei Anfragen in 20 MTE bezüglich Reparaturstatus waren wohl zu viel. Sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich vertritt er die Meinung: Ihr Auftrag war mir eine Lehre, ich mache keine Zeitangabe mehr; es ist egal ob die Uhr jahrelang defekt beim Kunden oder bei mir in der Werkstatt liegt! Frau Mikl bemerkte bei der Abholung sogar, dass ich die Sache nicht ganz verstehe Aufgrund seiner Selbstvermarktung setzte ich großes Vertrauen in Herrn Mikl wurde aber eines besseren belehrt und bereue in diesem Geschäft insgesamt 1.600 EUR ausgegeben zu haben. Before the restoration, the watch (except for the bezel) was in much better condition. Although the long repair period of -12 MTE was offered by Mr. Mikl himself, accepted and then not adhered to, he blames the customer. Three requests in 20 MTE for repair status were probably too many. Both in writing and orally, he takes the view that your assignment was a lesson for me, I no longer give the time; it doesn't matter whether the watch is defective for years at the customer or at my workshop! Ms. Mikl even noticed during the pick-up that I don't quite understand the matter Because of his self-marketing, I placed great trust in Mr. Mikl but was instructed otherwise and regret spending a total of EUR 1,600 in this business.

Von Familienmitgliedern, die ebenfalls dort Uhren erstanden haben, weiß ich auch, dass Wartungen stets sehr gut vollzogen wurden - ich kann das Geschäft also nur empfehlen. I recently bought two Junghans watches from master watchmaker Mikl and was / am very satisfied with the advice and quality. I also know from family members who have also bought watches there that maintenance has always been carried out very well - so I can only recommend the shop.

Herr MIKL ist zwar fachlich kompetent, war aber immer unfreundlich, herablassend und ungeduldig zu mir. Nie wieder! I bought 2 watches there and had a third one for repairs. Mr. MIKL is technically competent, but was always rude, condescending and impatient to me. Never again!

Nun wohne ich in Berlin und die Schickerrei wäre schon Aufwändig gewesen. Wie gut ist es, wenn man Kollegen Mikl kennt, er hat die Gläser sehr gut und zu einem angemessenen Preis ausgetauscht. Ein hoch auf den europäischen Zusammenhalt unter Kollegen! Vielen lieben Dank nochmal für die Hilfe. :-) I was visiting friends in Vienna and they asked me whether I can help you with two new glasses for Max Bill wristwatches. Now I live in Berlin and the chicness would have been expensive. How good it is when you know colleagues Mikl, he exchanged the glasses very well and at a reasonable price. Cheers to European cohesion among colleagues! Thank you again for the help. :-)

Preis ist fair. Jederzeit freundlich und per Telefon bzw. SMS wird man über den aktuellen Status benachrichtigt. Komme gerne wieder. Have the battery and bracelet replaced, the sealing ring was then damaged, so that a new one had to be ordered and processing was delayed a little. Price is fair. At any time in a friendly manner and by phone or SMS you will be notified of the current status. I would love to come back.

Kostenvoranschlag sowie online Bilder der zerlegten Uhr. Der Preis entspricht auch der Leistung. Ich wurde sehr freundlich bedient. Meine Uhr erstrahlt nun in neuem Glanz - mich hat er jedenfalls als künftigen Kunden gewonnen. Herzlichen Dank. I was with Master Mikl for the first time and am extremely satisfied. Right from the start everything went transparently and without any problems during the revision of my Omega. Estimate and online pictures of the disassembled watch. The price also corresponds to the performance. I was served very friendly. My watch now shines in new splendor - at least he has won me over as a future customer. Thank you very much.
