Hier merkt man den Qualitätsunterschied zu herkömmlichen Optikern. Simply a great shopping experience. I have never bought glasses in such a great and pleasant atmosphere. Here you can see the difference in quality compared to conventional opticians.

Ich habe meine Hornbrille vor sechs Jahren in Deutschland gekauft und war nach Änderung meiner Sehstärke und dauerhaftem Umzug nach Wien auf der Suche nach einem Optiker, der sich an den Wechsel der Gläser herantraut! Bei Hartmann kennt man sich mit dem Material aus, in weiterer Folge wurden auch Reperaturen der Brille rasch umgesetzt. Auch der Kundenumgang ist kompetent, respektvoll und unglaublich freundlich! After every visit to the Hartmann optician team, I am simply delighted! I bought my horn-rimmed glasses six years ago in Germany and, after changing my eyesight and moving permanently to Vienna, I was looking for an optician who dared to change the lenses! Hartmann is familiar with the material, and the glasses were subsequently repaired quickly. The customer service is also competent, respectful and incredibly friendly!
