Terminvereinbarung per Mail oder telefonisch problemlos, schnelle Hilfe bei verlorener Kontaktlinse. Finally contact lenses with which I see well and which do not scratch. Bei der Kontaktlinsenanpassung wird man auch nicht informiert, welche Stärke man bekommt. Die Kontaktlinsen darf man nicht selbst anziehen/ausziehen, sondern werden von einer Person grob eingesetzt. Two stars are available for fast appointments and short waiting times. But that's all. The doctor does not explain anything. When adjusting the contact lens, you are also not informed, which strength you get. The contact lenses must not be put on / taken off, but are roughly used by a person.
S	Silvia N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach alles super. ? ich bin ein Problem Fall entweder die Linsen kratzten oder ich sah schlecht. Es hat immer sehr lange gedauert bis ich die richtigen Linsen hatte. Bei contacta bekam ich sehr schnell einen Termin, keine langen Wartezeiten und alle waren sehr nett. Wenn die Linsen kratzen wird das gleich vor Ort korrigiert. Einfach super und nur zu empfehlen. Everything was great. ? I'm a problem case, either the lenses scratched or I looked bad. It always took a very long time until I had the right lenses. At contacta I got an appointment very quickly, no long waiting times and everyone was very nice. If the lenses scratch, it will be corrected on the spot. Just great and only to be recommended.
