Im Mai 2020 war bereits ein Bremskabel ausgefranst, unfreundlich und 14€.
Kundenservice null. Ich komme sicher nicht mehr.
 I bought the Early Rider Belter 16 Trail (€ 409) for my daughter in March 2020.
In May 2020 a brake cable was already frayed, unfriendly and € 14.
Customer service zero. I'm definitely not coming anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist ein klitzekleines Geschäft, aber Service wird hier ganz groß geschrieben. Habe da bereits fünf Fahrräder gekauft und wurde immer bestens beraten und bei all meinen Sonderwünschen bestens unterstützt.
Kleine Reparaturen wurden immer prompt erledigt und das zu sehr fairen Preisen. Vielen Dank. Top Empfehlung für alle die mit Herz radeln ;-)
It's a tiny business, but service is very important here. I already bought five bicycles and was always well advised and supported with all my special requests.
Small repairs were always done promptly and at very fair prices. Thanks a lot. Top recommendation for all who cycle with their hearts ;-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Testen des Babboe Dog E-Bikes hat einwandfrei funktioniert und ich kann die schlechten Rezensionen hier nicht nachvollziehen. Wir borgen uns gerne wieder ein Fahrrad aus bzw. kommen wieder :)
Testing the Babboe Dog e-bike worked flawlessly and I cannot understand the bad reviews here. We are happy to borrow a bike or come again :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After one year that I used this service, I can say that it has changed badly. They didn't check properly our baboo ebike, and a front light was faulty, pedals were not even and the battery was not powerful enough for our trip, not far from Vienna. On top of that we didn't have the key for taking the battery neither the cable to charge it. When I commented all this, I just received a 'slap on the face' because I should have shared my route plan and in that case they will have given me all these missing things and a more powerful battery, why not to do it from the beginning like last time???? It was not a personal attack and sorry that you took that way. I hope that you enjoy your money, because honestly last time you'll see me and, of course, forget about recommendations. Sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called ahead to see how long a service of my back tire would take. Gentleman told me if I brung it now have it back by the end of the day. Was not the case with a holiday following the next day, not particularly ideal. No ticket of recipe when bike left behind. Not the most trusting client - shop experience. Did not leave my bike behind either would rather do it my self and wouldn't have called ahead if I was willing to wait 3 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked our two bikes in for servicing via email a few days before we got to Vienna. Rapid response from the shop and given the day we asked for. Dropped the bikes in the evening before and very nice friendly lady dealt with us. We received a text the following day when the bikes were ready and very nice knowledgeable man told us what he had done to our bikes and explained the bill to us when we collected them. Great experience and bikes are operating smoothly.
