P	Patrick Carlson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prepare to be ripped off! We choose this place for a quick lunch while visiting the Prater park. It's got a lovely patio but it was so hot we sat inside. It's beautifully decorated. The issues come in with the abysmal service. Non-existent. Ice waiters work here that will give you the coldest service ever. Prepare to hound the staff for a crumb of attention. Bread came and not a word we would be charged for it. The prices are outrageous for what you get. The biggest shocker was when we were double billed for the water and the waiter told us it was for tax. There was also a charge for eating inside. There is no tax on food!!!! If you like no-service, ripoff so, and want to pay through the nose, this is your place.

Waiter with spectacless comes to me, gives me that rude head to toe look and escorts me to the bar area!? Why would I go to the bar if I need dinner menu. I asked "is there a problem"? He sets poker face "whhh what"..., I asked again "is there a problem , you give me that look so I need to know is there a problem with me being here". He hands me menu and leaves. What I figured place tends to maintain upscale feeling, which is definitely not as it is located in the middle of amusement park with kids running in and out of the place making it perfect place for rest while you little ones enjoy outside. We didn't have chance to order food for five as we were ignored from the start. Place looks good and nice , food from menu looks good , but just from menu. Perfect example how arrogant stuff can make nice place look bad.

I ordered a schnitzel with potato salad, everything was delicious and I was very shocked when the schnitzel arrived it was simply huge!! Definitively recommended, the atmosphere is nice and the service very good
