D	David Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good part - this is a local Vienna gasthaus, in fact I think we were the only foreigners there. The staff are friendly, professional and speak excellent English. Portions are large and prices are reasonable. For full meals with beers and tip we paid €25 each, which would have been less had we gone for the usual menu rather than the Easter specialities. The food was OK, perfectly acceptable, but nothing to write home about compared to similar places I've eaten at in Austria. Perhaps we should have gone for the normal menu rather than the Easter one. The restaurant is a stone's throw from the Praterstern U-bahn station.

The food was absolutely delicious, everything looked like it was homemade and there was great variety. We took some cordon bleus and some paprikaš, and the meat was amazingly tender and overall great, the best we got to try in our stay in Vienna. The service was very friendly and welcoming and the prices are in the lower to average range for the city. We will come back next time we are in Vienna and we would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try some delicious Viennese food.

Delicious food (Austrian soundly and gastronomically careful attitude to the taste of each ingredient). Excellent beer, deep in taste and sensation. Bravo guys!
