It comes almost cold and it seems to me that it is not freshly prepared. to be fair the environment is nice, maybe just go for a drink. the waiters are kind of rude even after we said the food is horrible. no one could finish the food, so my pictures are what was left over. oh and the coke is 3.40 euros and comes in a glass half full.......

We finally got the waiters attention as he “ forgot us “ Ordered at 8.23pm , only part meal arrived and the side order of coleslaw was on the conveyor belt . We asked the waiter twice where the side order was and even said to cancel but he insisted I was to have it even though I had ate most of my meal. The side did not arrive until 8.46pm when the rest of the food arrived at 8.32pm . It was only coleslaw so as you can imagine not good to eat on its own. . Asked for the bill and no offer of any discounts for poor service and forgotten late food . After disagreeing with the bill and the “ extras “ that had been added that we hadn’t ordered they corrected the bill . Oh and service charge is automatically added. Concept is good but needs better staff and management

If you are a Pasta lover , than you will like the Pasta Bolognese , and the Burgers are tasty too and very big! ?

Portions are quite big, especially burgers. It’s more about show and how you feel at this place. Waiters serve only wine and hot drinks, all the rest it’s the restaurant concept. My colleague and I had a birthday greeting with a cake and small firework, energizing happy birthday music and the attention from all the visitors. We enjoyed the dinner and can definitely recommended it! Be aware to place a Tablet on your seat number on the desk and do not throw dirty dishes into the bin - it’s only for equipment, waiters will take care about dishes! Enjoy?

Also there were heated complaints from the table next to us. They had ordered 2 burgers but only 1 had arrived and the kitchen had already closed. It seemed like it was getting unpleasant as one customer was threatening to call the police...so we left. You're paying for the high concept of having your food delivered via a "roller coaster" and not for the quality of food.

Waiter said - sure, will bring in a moment...and he didn't :(
P	Pavlo Shaternik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very interesting place. All of this fantastic rails, magic delivery process. It looks really interesting. If you have a chance go and look at this by your own eyes. Would be good for mature people and for kids. I cannot say, that cuisine is something amazing, no. But it is rathe good and worth to taste. There are entertainment park around, a lot if other interesting places, so this restaurant is just a part of your walk. Recommended to participate.
