★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The acting manager today 1st of January 2018 at 18:05 is a big pain in the Austrian ass. Very rude to my kid so he should not be there at that place. We left and will find a much better place to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good, but inadmissibly rude staff. Our group of 7 with small kid, was kicked out of the cafe when we asked to cleanup the table, which was offered to sit by waitress. Waitress was changed for our table.

The staff here are incredibly rude and arrogant.
We waited ages to be served and, when I finally approached a waiter (who was not actively serving another customer) and politely started to ask if I could place an order, he put his hand near my face and walked off, saying "too busy, too busy".
I have no idea what the food is like as we left immediately. However, if they treat the food like they treat their guests...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were really disappointed. We ate here and got a bill with extra items we never ordered. Even after the correction found later that we paid unwillingly 15% tip for the meal. Watch out the bill!
