★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin immer wieder wegen verschiedener Anliegen bei Sport Wolf, Hansjörg und seinem Team. Alle Facetten für Outdoor, bspw. Skitouren-Equipment, Kleidung, Zelt, Schlafsack.... es fällt schwer ohne etwas wieder nach draußen zu gehen. Doch auch das ist möglich, sich beraten lassen, und dann erst einmal drüber "schlafen". Das Wiederkommen ist ja keine Frage. Ich fühle mich gut und kompetent beraten zu meinen Anliegen. Auch wenn einmal etwas als Ersatzteil gebraucht wird, kann man fündig werden. Und manchmal gibt´s das auch einfach so´- danke dafür. Hansjörg ist Nachhaltigkeit kein Fremdwort, und er ist verständnisvoll, wenn es mir wichtig ist, Ausrüstung zu Erhalten, sofern es eben Sinn macht, es noch zu reparieren. Was auch nicht selbstverständlich ist, wenn bspw. eine Hose gekauft wird, und Kürzen angesagt ist, dass das Geschäft einen Kontakt zur Schneiderin hat, wird super erledigt. Ich bleibe ganz sicher Kunde!
I keep coming back to Sport Wolf, Hansjörg and his team because of various issues. All facets for outdoors, e.g. ski touring equipment, clothing, tent, sleeping bag ... it is difficult to go outside without something. But that is also possible, get advice and then "sleep" on it first. Coming back is not a question. I feel well and competently advised on my concerns. Even if something is needed as a spare part, you can find it. And sometimes it's just like that - thanks for that. Hansjörg is no stranger to sustainability, and he understands when it is important to me to maintain equipment, provided that it makes sense to repair it. What is also not a matter of course when, for example, a pair of trousers is bought and shortening is the order of the day, so that the shop has a contact with the seamstress, is done really well. I will definitely stay a customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 von 5 Sternen! Der Kunde steht im Mittelpunkt. Ich kann diesen Laden jedem ans Herz legen, der vernünftiges Equipment für Bergsport zu einem fairen Preis sucht und hervorragend beraten werden will.
In meinem Fall, eines selbstverschuldeten Defekts von Ski/Bindung hat sich der Inhaber persönlich dafür eingesetzt und hat eine sehr kundenfreundliche Lösung für mich gefunden. Nochmal tausend dank.
6 out of 5 stars! The customer is the focus. I can recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for reasonable equipment for mountain sports at a fair price and wants excellent advice.
In my case, a self-inflicted defect in skis/bindings, the owner personally took action and found a very customer-friendly solution for me. Thanks again.

Fantastic family run business where you get the personalized service you expect (but usually cannot find) when buying into high-tech sportswear.
What is funny is that by co-incidence we have the same surname!
