Waffen, Zubehör und Munition ist vergleichbar teuer wie beim Mitbewerber, allerdings hat Kettner weniger Munition lagernd als die Konkurrenz. Aber immerhin kann man bestellen. Beratung ist (für mich) absolut in Ordnung, nicht nach dem Prinzip" kaufe es, dann sehen wir weiter", sondern korrekt und kompetent. Ich kann es auf jeden Fall empfehlen! Some claim that Kettner is expensive, advice is bad, etc. I do not share this opinion. Weapons, accessories and ammunition are as expensive as the competition, but Kettner has less ammunition in stock than the competition. But at least you can order. Advice is (for me) absolutely fine, not according to the principle of "buy it, then we'll see", but correct and competent. I definitely recommend it!

Wahrscheinlich sogar die günstigsten Varianten. Sie hatte mir auch immer zugehörige Produkte gezeigt und ging alles selber für mich holen. Sehr gute Erfahrung mit den Verkäufern gemacht und bin auch super zufrieden mit den Produkten und den Preisen. The saleswoman was very dedicated and always there for me. I was first introduced to products that were very good value for money. Probably even the cheapest options. She had always shown me related products and went to get everything for me herself. I had a very good experience with the sellers and I am also very satisfied with the products and the prices.
s	steflrain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schon schade, wenn man sich für einen Kurs anmeldet, sich extra von der Arbeit frei nimmt, aus dem Oberland anfährt, zusätzlich noch einen Tag vor dem Kurs per Mail anfragt ob und wann der Kurs genau stattfindet, die Uhrzeit rückbestätigt bekommt - und dann pünktlich erscheint und mit einer beneidenswerten Gleichgültigkeit gesagt bekommt, dass man zu spät sei weil Abfahrt zum Kurs 1/2 Stunde vorher gewesen wäre?!??! It's a pity if you register for a course, take extra time off from work, drive from the Oberland, ask one day before the course by email if and when the course will take place, get the time confirmed - and then on time appears and is told with an enviable indifference that you are too late because the departure for the course was 1/2 hour earlier?!??!
M	Mina Lina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider war der Verkäufer (1.stock) unkooperativ.ich habe noch nie in einem verkaufsgespräch so oft "leider nein " gehört. Der Verkäufer nahm uns als Kunden absolut nicht ernst und "wimmelte" uns direkt ab. Ich arbeite als Fachverkäufer und würde nie mit einem Kunden derart inkompetent und unfreundlich umgehen und würde sicher danach gemahnt werden - immerhin wollte ich ein hochwertiges zielfernrohr kaufen- jedoch bis dahin ist das verkaufsgespräch nicht gekommen. Nie wieder werde ich dort was kaufen geschweige denn das Geschäft weiter empfehlen..schade. Die Dame bei der Kassa war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unfortunately the seller (1st floor) was uncooperative. I have never heard "unfortunately no" so often in a sales talk. The seller didn't take us seriously as a customer and "swarmed" us straight away. I work as a specialist salesperson and would never be so incompetent and unfriendly with a customer and would certainly be reminded about it - after all, I wanted to buy a high-quality riflescope - but the sales talk did not take place until then. I will never buy anything there again, let alone recommend the shop to others .. a shame. The lady at the cash desk was friendly and helpful.
