★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte einen defekt bei meinem uraltem Mammut Berryvox LVS, ohne Rechnung für das Gerät. nach ca. 3 Tagen bekam ich einen Rückruf und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass mein Gerät irreparabel ist. Freundlich wurde mir ein neues Gerät zum Kulanzpreis angeboten.

 Had a defect in my ancient Mammut Berryvox LVS, without an invoice for the device. after about 3 days I got a call back and I was told that my device was irreparable. I was kindly offered a new device at a goodwill price.
