★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider wurde meiner Freundin ein ihr viel zu großer Lawinenrucksack empfohlen und verkauft.
Einen kleineren bestellen wollte der Herr „sicher nicht“. Rücknahme nur gegen Gutschein. Aber vermutlich lags’ an uns und wir waren dem freundlichen Herrn dort zu wenig kniefällig ;)
Nächstes mal besser online einkaufen oder beim Sportler nebenan.
Unfortunately, an avalanche backpack that was much too large was recommended to my friend and sold.
The gentleman “certainly didn't want to” order a smaller one. Returns only against a voucher. But probably it was up to us and we weren't enough on our knees for the friendly gentleman there;)
Better go shopping online next time or at the athlete next door.

Einen passenden Rucksack in meiner Größe hatten sie nicht. Einen Gutschein hätte ich bekommen..
Bought an avalanche backpack at the store. Wanted to return it because it was too big. Response from the seller: "Says who?!"
They didn't have a backpack that would fit my size. I would have gotten a voucher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for outdoor sport and cyclism, Tim and Elisa are very nice people, they were very kind with me and Tim try to solve some trouble I got with my Garmin GPS, this place is the place in Insbruck for cyclism and outodoor sport , five stars is the maximum otherwise ten stars shoul be the best!!!!!!!!Higly reccomended shop in Insbruck!!!! 15 stars!!!!

Originally I came here to buy a backpack (I have selected a model prior the visit with a help of internet) but after long discussion with Tim, he found me much better choice for me. Visiting this shop you can expect superb personal attention, great knowledge of staff and fantastic variety of MTB gear. Very nice thing is that this shop is very clean and everything is in order. Matador definitely stands out from the rest of the similar shops in Innsbruck.
