★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried on some gloves, they were good so I asked the saleslady if I can take the picture of the model. The lady told me that I can not and hid the gloves behind her back. Now I am wondering if she did not tell me the truth about how warm the gloves are or they are so overpriced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First service was alright. I asked for a pair of ski poles, cause I forgot mine. The guy went straight for the most expensive once, Leki Vario Carbon for 169€.
Fair well, I didn’t mind the price and liked the system and fell, so I bought them.
After the second day, one pole cracks on the track. So I went back to get it replaced. Three of the guys who work there gather together look at the pole and they say: „Sry, but that‘s not under guarantee, but we can sell you another one“. After I asked what‘s under guarantee, they said maybe the inside line, or something else.
I bought 169€ poles, not 20€ once. Very poor service and no goodwill at all! Never again there! Bether use one of the many other shops for rent/buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did buy a helmet with integral goggles 3 years ago at Sport Adler which i have been very happy with. Then last winter one screw that held the goggles in place fell off and I lost it in the snow. I contacted then Adler to see if they could provide me a spare as I couldn't find a dealer in Sweden. I offered them to pay for it but they rejected it and said we send you a new for free via post. It doesn't stop there, they even send me two in case it would happen again without me asking for it. This is a support you rarely see these days. Thank you very much!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dudes and girls working there are friendly and helpful. Night depot is also reasonably priced.
Do NOT rent snowboard boots here. The snowboard boots are super stiff and feel very cheap. Makes snowboarding very exhausting and uncomfy.
