We had very very bad experienced with this shop... very rude unpolite, trying to cheat and not to follow the agreement that was provided by the hotel that recommended to use their Services... 10% discount was not offered although was promised by the hotel, only after using and spending to much time and complaining to the hotel management, they were ready to credit our visa by 10%. Aditional to this we have rented at 17:00 skis for me, due to the fact that the airline company missed our flight, but fortunately the skis arrived late evening and I approached the store at 8:30 at the morning, giving back the rented skis, without any use, but they didn’t want to credit my card for night, ( without using the skis ) And only after involving the management of the hotel they were ready to credit me after 7 days. It is not tha amount but if they treat me this way for so little money, Ian sure they are charting the rest of the Pepole by bigger amounts... I strongly recommend to use this shop only if all other shops in ischgl either closed or without any skis or any equipment for skis.. This should be your last choice !!!!!! Don’t go there !!!! Trust me !!!!!

After various phone calls and email with a confirmation of all my personal data upfront (weeks in advance), it was confirmed to me that all tourski equipment would be available in the right sizes, no problem. I was very keen to have that confirmed because of my height of 2 meters. At arrival I had no other option than to take the skis which were about 20cm too short. I received non-adjustable ski-poles (whereas I booked adjustable poles), which were also way too short and had small tellers instead of wide ones, which you need offpiste. When asking for longer equipment they told me this was the longest they had available. When I returned all equipment I explained the staff that I wasn't really satisfied. They told me I should simply have asked for longer equipment, as if it was my fault. No apologies, compassion or whatsoever, let alone compensation. Lastly, they had the guts to say that I should be happy, as they could have charged me rental for another day, whereas duration was all pre-arranged, returning at noon. If I were you, I'd go to any other place in Ischgl for my ski equipment, plenty of options.

We had to replace one ski (equipment is really used, it is recommended to check skis and boots when you rent them) and although we had paid for insurance, they were entirely dismissive and impolite. Definitely not going back!
A	Alistair Jackson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive equipment which isn't great in the first place. The selection of rental equipment is poor. The staff are rude and do not want to help. They are keen to charge for everything they can, which, after dealing with many other ski rental places is uncommon. My advice, best to avoid this place as it's easy to find better elsewhere.

Customer service was extremely rude and aggressive. They took away my board and prevented my fourth day of ski from me, without offering compensation! Complaint is under process.

I went to a couple of stores but the service and kindness that this store give me was perfect. the salesman Christopher gives me really good advice and I could try whatever I want and he wil give me the set of skies that I wanna try out. 1,2 or 3 skies a day no problem he want to help the customer realy good. That men needs a promotion! Thanks a lot, and I will enjoy my new set of skies.
