★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In unserem Skiurlaub im Januar 2022 haben wir in der Filiale auf der Idalpe beheizte Skihandschuhe erwoben. Obwohl uns der Inhaber vom ausgezeichneten Preis bereits einige Euro entgegen gekommen ist, entdeckte ich die gleichen handschuhe bei einem anderen Sportgeschäft im Ort nochmals deutlich günstiger, da diese als Auslaufmodell reduziert worden waren. Als ich den Inhaber von Silvrettasports mit diesem Umstand konfrontiert habe, reagierte er äußerst nett und kundenorientiert und erstatte uns sofort den Differenzbetrag in bar.
Super angenehmes Verhalten ... beim nächtsten Aufenthalt werden wir bewußt wieder dort einkaufen.

 During our skiing holiday in January 2022, we bought heated ski gloves in the branch on the Idalpe. Although the owner of the excellent price has already offered us a few euros, I discovered the same gloves at another sports shop in town at a much lower price, as they had been reduced as a discontinued model. When I confronted the owner of Silvrettasports with this fact, he reacted in an extremely nice and customer-oriented manner and immediately refunded us the difference in cash.
Super pleasant behavior... next time we will consciously shop there again.
