Ich fahre seit 18 Jahren Ski und habe bisher noch nichts dergleichen erlebt. Beim Ausleihen am ersten Tag hatten die Mitarbeiter keine Zeit und bedienten uns nicht wie erwartet. Die Ski waren von mangelnder Qualität.Am letzten Tag, als ich die Ski zurückgab, fragte ich nach dem Modell der Skischuhe. Als Antwort bekam ich: "Machen sie doch ein Foto vom Schuh, ich habe keine Zeit." Ich werde meinen Freunden aus Luxembourg von diesem Verleih abraten. Ich brauche auch keine Rechtfertigung vom Verleih unter meinem Kommentar, sowie bei anderen Kunden. Eine Entschuldigung oder sich mal in Frage stellen wäre eine bessere Option. Price ok. Staff very rude, stressed and unprofessional. I would not recommend this rental. I have been skiing for 18 years and have never experienced anything like it. When borrowing on the first day, the staff had no time and did not serve us as expected. The skis were of poor quality, so on the last day when I returned the skis, I asked about the ski boot model. In response I got: "Take a picture of the shoe, I don't have time." I will advise my friends from Luxembourg against this rental. I also do not need any justification for the rental under my comment, as well as with other customers. An apology or questioning would be a better option.

S	Sarah Anning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a week in isgchl, and used this store through alpinresorts for ski hire for my husband and I, we found the prices very competitive, the equipment was excellent and the staff could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. Just a 4 minute walk to the gondola thru the tunnel so really quite well placed to avoid the queues in the other shops. Would definitely recommend them.

Alex went above and beyond our expectations helping us with choosing the right skis and Boots based on our ski level and snow conditions.

Location is fantastic (very close to gondola - through the tunnel) and just a few steps from the bus stop - it is very convenient. The service is excellent, and the guy called Alex is well educated and helpful, i am renting skies every year and this is by far the best service we ever get! You do not need to worry about anything, he has patience to help and meet all your requests. We enjoyed very much and renting ski equipment from Ski2Rent was the best we could do. Strongly recommend to everyone!
