J	Jonathan Naert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been there at least 5 times during the summer between 2008 and 2012. Excellent hotel with great service. Clients are treated like royal guests. Every day healthy en fresh food, guided tours on foot or bike. The new welness departement and swimming pool is just great.The staff asks almost daily if everything is ok. Last summer my girlfriend had a stomach bleeding and we rushed to the nearest hospital. After 2 days she wanted to go back to the hotel because the staff cared much better over her than the medics. The rest of the week almost every member of the staff kept asking to me how she's doing. They even reduced the total price because we didn't slept in the hotel for 1 night (hospital) Making reservations is very easy by e-mail, mostly within the hour you will receive an answer. I call that: Awesome and never-seen.

The used building and finishing materials, the professionalism and hospitality of the staff, the variety of accomodations (spa, pool, fitness room, massage,...), the proximity of the cable cars and centre village, the region itself with lots of leisure and nature, the wonderful refined and elaborate breakfast and diner (!),... We had a marvelous stay with our family (2 adults + 2 children) and are already planning to go back to Ischgl. Just perfect!

Extremely friendly staff well guided by the family owners. The kitchen of the hotel ( run by a family member) is still delicious. Quality products well prepared and nicely presented. Our 4th stay ( in summer) in this hotel was again a great experience. Congratulations to the family and the hotel staff.
