Ist im Privatbesitz und nur von außen sichtbar. Erscheint nicht sehr gepflegt.
Is privately owned and only visible from the outside. Appears not well maintained.

We spent one night in the "No name" ground floor apartment which is large and with adequate furniture and kitchenette. The house is old and it is visible in details such as window frames, but has lot of character and is so unique. Although the flat is not as polished as shown in the pics, our overall experience was immemorable and very much positive. Our host was kind and helpful, as she let us store our luggages in the lobby before check in and after check out on the following day. As a response to Martin Pomothy's review, I must say that I slept on the couch bed and there was nothing wrong with it once you got it opened. I also cooked a tuna lasange in the kitchen so there we enough utensils for cooking. Also a fresh bottle of oil, vinegar and black pepper were on the table. Perhaps this had improved since. There was also enough hot water for two showerings at least. With one thing I totally agree with Martin: there should be a trash bin in the kitchen ;)

Worst experience I have. Booking quite expensive rent for 6 person (payment in advance), after arrive nobody was there, gate was closed (21:30). Finally somebody came with information, that she doesn't know about some booking and has no free room for us. Perfect info for 6 motorbikers in night, when everything around is fully booked and rain is behind the corner. Finally we got some "room", but in some started reconstruction, very small and dirty. Better than nothing, thanks God for this. But it cost that expensive price, which we offered previously, and it definitely wasn't apartment with there bedrooms, bathroom etc. What audacity! Maybe it was fault of booking, I don't know, but my personal feeling is very bad!

I am currently trying to sleep in this bed, and i prefer using my bag as a pillow. Very dirty place, it has not been cleaned before us for sure. It is also very cold, no proper heating. And the list goes on...

All sites of the building look like an unfinished development, neglected, not taken care of (besides cleaning the guest apartments). I’m attaching photos of main entrance, with the door to unsigned lower floor apartment, a door leading to an upper floor with another two apartments. I’m also attaching a photo of a small pool in the garden, where your children should have fun and not get a skin disease… We booked 120 m2 large 3 bedroom apartment called “Duo” on Booking.com, because we are one family. We got 2 apartments instead, on a different floors, each with one bedroom. No trash can in a kitchen, only a super-small one in the bathroom. No welcome guest-book with informations about anything. Cheap IKEA furnishing and basic linoleum floor, in both apartments. One of pull-out-sofas (the modern white leather one) unusable for sleeping for anybody maybe besides a dog, although advertised as a place that sleeps 2 people. No sugar or salt, insufficient amount of kitchen accessories. There’s a huge space in front of the building behind a gate access from the road, but you’re not able to use it as a parking lot and you’re told to park your car down in the village next to the church. Wanna take a bath in the evening? In the lower “no-name” apartment, water from the boiler is not warm enough to fill your bath tube even in half. In the upper apartment “Gisela”, which by the way smells really strange, my 6-years old niece got burned her hand in a sink, while washing her hands. She has a blister and burned red skin from it (I’m attaching photo). Hot water in that bathroom sink is almost boiling temperature, with no warning sign near it. What I’m not able to understand is, how a building like this can be under the care of people, who does this to itself and its visitors. A tourist trap, the worst I ever experienced in Austria. Was this really in AUSTRIA? Who gave these people a rental licence to provide this kind of accommodation this sloppy and unprofessional way?

Way too expensive for what you get. I will post the short version, otherwise it will take long to list all shortcomings. Starting with the downside : * you hear all neighbors, even those walking on the street due to the not existing insulation * it is cold, depending on the apartment you get. No insulation, Windows are without insulation, heating only via infrared electricity. Which does not cover the big rooms * missing basic equipment like toilet paper, cooking oil, pepper, etc. * depending on the room a tiny kitchen. Everything without fume hood. The kitchen is within the living room, good luck with the smell * garden is ragged and no, OK it is October even though within the sun it is warm, chairs or tables * mattress as thin as it gets. Some positions are super uncomfortable * the whole house is refurbished but not in a good way. Simple repairs and lots of problems: missing door handles, leaking water pipes, etc. * even though we paid huge service fees it was dusty. Our dog was covered in dust, literally Etc do you want me to proceed? Upside: location directly at the hills and the walking paths. A lovely park with a lake is just five minutes from there. The place has to be refurbished properly, then we might come back. We left early and will now stay somewhere else.
