★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to get a small service (waxing and sharpening edges) for my snowboard. The edges were great, but the waxing actually felt worse than the day before. The snowboard braked really hard on flat spots. It felt like the old wax was taken off, but new wax wasn't applied. A lot of snow sticked at the bottom of the board.
I went back to politely ask what happend and if he could take a look at it. He blamed the snow being different and different temperatures compared to the day before (which was actually the same). He wouldn't even take a look at the snowboard.
Also, they used a permanent marker on one of my bindings to mark it. But it won't come off. Very, very disappointed in the service. My snowboard is in worse shape than before I brought it to them.
