★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mich für eine Kaffeemaschine interessiert und wollte nicht auf das late night shopping von morgen warten. Als ich mitbekommen habe, dass die Dame vor mir bereits die Prozente von morgen erhalten hat (die Kassierin hat mir ihr auf slowakisch gesprochen) habe ich gedacht, dass das selbe auch für mich gelten würde und habe nachgefragt. Leider wurde es bei mir abgelehnt. Schade, da ich anscheinend benachteiligt werde weil ich kein slowakisch spreche, habe ich auch die Kaffeemaschine stehen lassen.
I was interested in a coffee machine and didn't want to wait for tomorrow's late night shopping. When I noticed that the lady in front of me had already received tomorrow's percentage (the cashier spoke to her in Slovak for me) I thought that the same would apply to me and asked. Unfortunately it was rejected by me. It's a shame, because I seem to be disadvantaged because I don't speak Slovak, I also left the coffee machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestern (27.05.2020) hatte ich vor, mehrere Produkte in Kauf zu erwägen, jedoch ist am Ende daraus nichts geworden, da sich die Verkäuferin namens „Herga“ sehr unfreundlich und zudem auch mega unhöflich verhalten hat. Dauernd benahm Sie sich grimmig und zeigte eine unerwünschte Haltung, als wir den Laden betraten. Dies ist inakzeptabel! Schade, ich wollte nämlich gestern einen großen Einkauf tätigen, dies ist aber durch der unsympathischen Verkäuferin „Herga“ nicht zu Stande gekommen! Ich hoffe, Sie unternehmen Veränderungen, da ich von paar weiteren Leuten mitbekommen habe, dass sich die Verkäuferin „Herga“ oftmals negativ in der Vergangenheit verhalten hat.
Yesterday (May 27th, 2020) I planned to consider buying several products, but in the end nothing came of it, because the seller named "Herga" was very unfriendly and also extremely rude. She kept acting grimly and showed an unwanted attitude when we entered the shop. This is unacceptable! Too bad, because I wanted to make a large purchase yesterday, but this did not happen due to the unappealing salesperson "Herga"! I hope you are making changes, as I have heard from a few other people that the seller “Herga” has often been negative in the past.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tefal grillsütőt vásároltunk B-árut, amit csomagolássérültként kínáltak. Elhoztuk, még decemberben, de sajnos a dobozon belül is sérült volt. A covid miatt az üzleteket bezárták. Fogalmunk sem volt, hogy mikor és hogy kezelik majd a reklamációt. A héten volt az első alkalom, hogy beszélni tudtunk velük telefonon, hétfőn nyitottak újra az üzletek.
Nagyon szépen köszönöm, hogy rugalmasak voltak, sőt a vártnál is többet tettek azért, hogy segítsenek megoldani a problémát. Az eladó lányok felülmúltak minden várakozást.
We bought a Tefal grill B-item, which was offered as packaging damaged. We brought it in, back in December, but unfortunately it was damaged inside the box as well. Due to the covid, the shops were closed. We had no idea when and how the complaint would be handled. It was the first time this week that we were able to talk to them on the phone, the stores reopened on Monday.
Thank you very much for being flexible and even doing more than expected to help solve the problem. The girls for sale exceeded all expectations.

Geizhals bieten genau das Gerät NEU um 119 eur... also Finger weg bzw werft Amazon vor dem Geschäft an und schaut euch die ehrlichen Preise an.... hier wird man gelinde gesagt mit falschen STATT Preisen geködert
