★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enttäuschend. Das Personal kennt die Produkte, die sie verkaufen, nicht. Ich habe gefragt, ob Kneipp und / oder Cattier cruelty-free sind und sie hatte keine Ahnung. Ich musste es selbst an der Kassa googeln, während die Leute hinter mir warteten.
Disappointing. The staff do not know the products they are selling. I asked if Kneipp and / or Cattier were cruelty-free and she had no idea. I had to google it myself at the cash desk while people waited behind me.
