F	Fox Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was decent and we enjoyed our stay there. The condition of the room can be improved. Some of the lights were not functioning and the water boiler appears to be moldy. The toilet also appears to be slightly old. However, the hygiene was well maintained. Our room also came with a balcony and it has a great view. The other thing is, during our stay, the hotel did not offer free parking. We had to park our car at a paid public parking spot nearby. Luckily, the spot was very close to the hotel and the price was very reasonable. The hotel is located near the boat and train station. A number of restaurants are within walking distance. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and speaks fluent English. The hotel has a dining area which only opens for breakfast. Continental breakfast was provided. The vibe of the breakfast area was great and we had an enjoyable experience. Great hotel to stay at Hallstatt, will come again.

L	Lucie Sosnová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean hotel. It’s possible to walk to Hallstat, it’s a nice walk. The service was amazing. We went there with baby and everything was kids friendly. The only bad thing was that there are no good restaurants around.
M	Moti M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at 14:00 to the reception without making a booking. We asked the girl that works there if we can see just 1 room so we can decided if we like to stay. She said that we can't as the rooms will be available only at 15:00. We told her that we don't mind if the rooms are not clean so she answered "look online, it's the same". We left and came back 2 hours later, she still refused to let us in a room so when we told her that we were there before and she told us to come back, she agreed to show us a room but only from outside and didn't let us in. Of course we left and book at the neighboring hotel. Be aware of this place

When I asked about it, the staff laughed at me and told me the balcony was a common one outside of the hotel … If you want to have a nice time I DO NOT recommend this place AT ALL!
