★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren für ein Paar Tage hier einquartiert und kann folgendes Berichten.
Wir sind zum Abendessen gegangen und waren um 15 Minuten zu früh dort. Leider hat uns niemand vom Personal die Tür geöffnet obwohl uns das Personal vor der Tür gesehen hat. Somit haben wir die 15 Minuten mit unseren Kindern in der Kälte verbracht. Der Kunde ist hier nicht König, wir werden diese Unterkunft meiden.
We were quartered here for a couple of days and can report below.
We went for dinner and were there 15 minutes early. Unfortunately, no one of the staff opened the door although the staff at the door saw us. Thus, we spent the 15 minutes with our children in the cold. The customer is not king here, we will avoid this accommodation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal ist sehr unfreundlich und behandelt seine Gäste sehr sehr schlecht. Mitarbeiter haben uns erklärt das wir beim Essen zusammenrücken müssen da sie nicht noch einen Tisch mehr reinigen wollen, da sie ja die Betriebskosten niedrig halten müssen. Die Beschwerde beim Hotelchef wurde nicht ernst genommen da sein Personal ihm was anderes erzählt hat. Also ich kann nur abraten von diesem Hotel
Staff is very rude and treated his guests very very bad. Staff have told us that we have to move together to eat because they do not want to clean a table more, since they have to keep the operating costs low. The complaint with the hotel boss was not taken seriously since his staff told him otherwise. So I can only advise against this hotel
