 The service is good. It is located on the opposite bank of the city by the lake and next to the train station. It is 10 minutes by car. There is a large lawn in the back for children to play with equipment and water in summer. There is a supermarket one kilometer nearby, which is different from the city supermarket. There is no elevator. , High floors must be moved, parking lots must be found and paid by themselves

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room is big and cosy, with bedroom, living room and balcony, like an Airbnb little apartment. It provides microwave and utensils. The restaurant underneath (Pizzeria Kegelbahn) has great food and good value. Recommend a walk to Spielplatz Obertraun - amazing lakeview and very peaceful. Staying in this little town Obertraun is a good choice. Highly recommended!
But Penetration of sound is easy. At night we hear the sound created by the guest staying one floor down to us. Mostly because they had a kid.

Only grumble was no lock on door to apartment , but bedrooms could be locked, had another guest using the kitchen one morning, otherwise would have been 5 stars but still would stay again & recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a 5 minutes walk from the Obertraun train station. Has a beautiful view and is also close to the swimming lake and a Pizzeria.
The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
