Insgesamt war es deshalb leider recht teuer und hat auch einige Wochen gedauert. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich und kompetent! I brought my watch here for service and I am quite satisfied. The service involved a lot of work and waiting for parts. All in all, it was unfortunately quite expensive and also took a few weeks. But the staff was very friendly and competent!

Online konnte ich dann nach ca. 3min Recherche eine inkl. Versand um 40€ finden. Gut, man hat im stationären Handel Kosten (Miete, Angestellte, etc.) Ein Preisaufschlag von 100% ist aber doch etwas unverschämt...Schade! Way too expensive! Wanted to order a new crown for a Seiko watch. This should cost 80€ without exchange. After about 3 minutes of research online, I was able to find one including shipping for €40. Well, there are costs in brick-and-mortar retail (rent, employees, etc.) but a 100% surcharge is a bit outrageous... what a pity!
