Wer diese Filiale besuchen will, sollte sehr viel Geduld und Frustrationstoleranz mitbringen. Ansonsten kann ich zb die Filiale in 1140 sehr empfehlen. Hier ist das Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit und gibt auch sehr gern Auskunft. The staff is arrogant, opinionated and constantly tries to train their customers. A positive shopping experience looks different. If you want to visit this branch, you should have a lot of patience and tolerance for frustration. Otherwise I can highly recommend the branch in 1140, for example. The staff here is friendly, helpful and happy to provide information.

Meine hat kein Jahr ueberlebt und das Personal verweigerte eine Reparatur, weil der Schenkende keinen Beleg mehr hatte. Daraus schliesse ich, dass die schlechte Qualitaet die Regel und nicht die Ausnahme ist. Avoid buying watches or even getting them as a gift. Mine didn't survive a year and the staff refused to repair it because the donor no longer had a receipt. From this I conclude that poor quality is the rule and not the exception.

Das finde ich sehr bedauerlich! Es wäre schön, wenn sich das ändern würde, weil man dann noch lieber hineingeht! Freundlichkeit ist beim Verkaufen schließlich sehr wichtig, weil sonst die Kunden ausbleiben! The Dorotheum has very nice jewelry and some of it is also inexpensive!
