★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Außerordentlich freundliche Verkäuferinnen! Beraten kompetent, kennen ihre Produkte und zeigen die Sachen gerne her, überreden zu nichts, sind nicht beleidigt wenn man doch nichts kauft. Wurde verlässlich angerufen, als ein bestimmter Artikel auf Lager war. Mittlerweile war ich öfters dort und könnte absolut nicht klagen.
Produktauswahl vielseitig und auch kleine, neue Marken sind hier zu finden
 Extremely friendly salesgirls! Advise competent, know their products and show the things here, persuade to nothing, are not offended if you do not buy anything. Was reliably called when a certain item was in stock. Meanwhile, I was often there and could not complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hallo, war vor ca. 3 Wochen bei diesem Uhrmacher, nachdem ich mit (Hr. Andreas) telefoniert habe wegen der starken Ungenauigkeit meiner Breitling. Am darauffolgenden Tag hat er mir die Uhr getestet, sie wieder korrigiert, Druck überprüft und jetzt funktioniert wieder alles einwandfrei.
Und zu meinem erstaunen "Kostenlos"
Zum Schluss nahm er sich noch die Zeit um mir das Uhrwerk zu erklären.
Also ich bin überglücklich diesen Uhrmacher gefunden habe und komme selbstverständlich wieder.

Hello, I was with this watchmaker about 3 weeks ago after I phoned (Mr. Andreas) because of the inaccuracy of my Breitling. The next day he tested the watch for me, corrected it, checked the pressure and now everything is working properly again.
And to my astonishment "Free"
Finally, he took the time to explain the clockwork to me.
So I'm overjoyed to have found this watchmaker and of course I'll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schon immer der Juwelier des Vertrauens für meine Familie gewesen. Heute war ich nach vielen Jahren wieder dort und wurde bestens beraten!! Frau Reichenbach hat sich viel Zeit genommen, der geerbte Schmuck meiner Mutter wird geändert und angepasst, aus dem anfallenden Gold und Steinen wird ein toller zum Armband passender Ring gezaubert. Sogar mein kaputter - leider bei einem anderen Juwelier gekaufter - Verlobungsring wird ohne Probleme repariert (das hat der andere Juwelier nicht geschafft). Bin rundum zufrieden und kann das Geschäft wärmstens empfehlen!!
Always been the trusted jeweler for my family. Today I was there again after many years and received excellent advice! Ms. Reichenbach has taken a lot of time, the inherited jewelry from my mother is changed and adapted, a great ring to match the bracelet is conjured up from the gold and stones. Even my broken engagement ring - unfortunately bought from another jeweler - is repaired without any problems (the other jeweler couldn't do that). I am completely satisfied and can warmly recommend the shop !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Uhrmacher und Juwelier mit persönlicher Beratung. Preise für Uhr Reparaturen werden sofort nach Besichtigung bekanntgegeben. Eine unverbindliche Bestellung einer bestimmten Uhrenmarke wurde gerne vorgenommen. Preis dafür mehr als entgegenkommend, wurde natürlich gekauft. Kleine Führung durch die Uhrenwerkstatt inkludiert. Gerne wieder!
A watchmaker and jeweler with personal advice. Prices for watch repairs will be announced immediately after viewing. A non-binding order for a particular watch brand was gladly made. Price for it more than accommodating, was of course bought. Small tour of the watch workshop included. Gladly again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked with Joannes Balter, who is the owner and watchmaker of the store. I bought a NOMOS timepiece. He had impeccable service calling the factory to get the exact specifications in terms of strap and the nuances of the piece. It felt like a special order and he was a pleasure to work with. Plus, he was able to give a reasonable price which beats the stores in the first district. Plus, he had the nicest Labrador retriever I've ever met as a store greeter. Will recommend highly.
