 What I wanted didn't exist. (E.g. puffed wholemeal products) Otherwise a meager ambience and an expensive and unbalanced assortment. I won't come anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoy shopping at Denn's as everything is organic/bio. Great selection of fresh, locally sourced foods, nutritional products, hygiene products, international foods, and more. They have a reward program so you can have a discount after receiving points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever in such a bio shop which is one of the most expensive grocery places . I went there to buy some stuff and among other things i bought a chocolate, which i started to eat directly. I almost damaged my teeth, as inside it i found a stone or smth really strong, and i went there to make a remark. The customer service waited me with a great suspicion and like i put the stone inside. And he started to yell and to make the voice louder not taking any responsibility about the fact that i was the damaged part here and i required not only the money back but at least as well some apologies for the inconvenience. And he kept yelling that i should call the company who produced this chocolates and not the store where i bought it. So apparently that's how it works in this store, where they don't take responsibility about the product that they are selling . Never again to this store for sure with this customer service as well.
