Im Vorhinein fragte ich, ob er das passende Werkzeug hätte, ob er die Arbeit durchführen könne, da es sich um einen 160 EUR teuren Gegenstand handelt und mit einem coolen "Soll ich meine Arbeit machen oder willst du meine Arbeit machen" machte er sich an die "Arbeit", das Teil ist nun Schrott und der Inhaber leider überhaupt nicht einsichtig. Als ich ihn direkt nach getaner "Arbeit", richtiger weise laienhaften Pfusch, konfrontierte, wiederholte er sich stets mit "Alles ist gut", einem gefälschten Grinsen und wimmelte mich ab um den nächsten Kunden dran zu nehmen. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Hier wird so gearbeitet wie es im Geschäft aussieht, unordentlich und schlampig. The business owner destroyed the part to be repaired. Bei einem Paar hat sich nach zwei Wochen der Absatz sowie die Klebenaht gelöst; bei einem sehr teuren Paar Schuhe wurde eine fragwürdige Metallplatte an eine der Sohlen geschraubt um dann den doppelten Preis für den zweiten, noch unreparierten Schuh zu verlangen. Die Schuhe waren danach ohnehin kaputt. Sehr unfreundlich außerdem - meinem Freund hat er zu mindest geantwortet, mich hat er nur so behandelt als würde ich nichts verstehen. Vor Ort: 69 € (für Schlüsselrohlinge wohlbemerkt, nicht für die Herstellung eines "echten" Zweitschlüssels). Nachdem man uns 60 € Anzahlung abgenommen hatte, mussten wir bei der Abholung nochmals 109 € zahlen. Der Inhaber wollte uns ohne Zahlung die Schlüssel nicht mehr aushändigen. Wie sich den anderen Kommentaren hier entnehmen lässt, kommt dies anscheinend regelmäßig vor. Rechnung oder Ähnliches wurde uns nicht ausgehändigt, Bankomat "funktioniert heute leider nicht". Vorgehensweise ist sowohl aus steuerrechtlicher als auch aus strafrechtlicher Sicht mehr als fragwürdig -- Geschäft würde ich jedenfalls meiden. Absolute rip off!
