★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir auf meine Meinl Wanderschuhe neue Sohlen machen lassen. Die neue Sohlen haben einen Tag lang gehalten und sich dann abgelöst. Meine Reklamation war - mäßig erfolgreich. Die Sohlen wurden "neu angeklebt", allerdings stelle ich die Qualität sehr in Frage. Wie auf dem Foto erkennbar ist die Sohle alles andere als gut geklebt. Das habe ich sofort reklamiert, wurde jedoch mit den Worten "das sind nicht die ersten Wanderschuhe die ich geklebt habe" und "das wird schon halten, also vielleicht, sollte schon passen" abgefertigt. Moral der Geschichte: 80€ aus dem Fenster geworfen!
 I got new soles on my Meinl hiking boots. The new soles held for a day and then peeled off. My complaint was - moderately successful. The soles were "re-glued", but I question the quality very much. As can be seen in the photo, the sole is anything but good glued. I immediately complained, but was with the words "these are not the first hiking shoes I've stuck" and "that will hold, so maybe, should already fit" cleared. Moral of the story: 80 € thrown out the window!
