★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ein Stern ist noch zu viel, vor 5 Wochen waren wir Vorort, das Rezept angeben und abmessen und Fotos zu machen. Da das Rezept nicht richtig war, wollten sich die Firma direkt mit dem Arzt absprechen, meldeten sich aber nicht mehr, nach 4 Wochen nur Ausreden, haben dann nach 5 Wochen unser ursprüngliches Rezept wieder geholt.
Nie wieder, nur sinnlos Zeit versch.......
one star is still too much, 5 weeks ago we were on site to give and measure the recipe and take photos. Since the prescription was not correct, the company wanted to speak directly to the doctor, but did not respond, after 4 weeks only excuses, then got our original prescription again after 5 weeks.
Never again, just pointlessly waste time .......
