Ich hab gefragt, ob er die Karte nehme, und er hat sich ausführlich darüber lustig gemacht, da dies nicht richtig sei, "ob man mit Karte bezahlen kann, heißt das" (im Übrigen stimmt das nicht, denn "die Karte nehmen" wird umgangssprachlich für "die Karte als Zahlungsmittel nehmen" verwendet). Dann hat er mir im Gesprächsverlauf noch vorgeworfen, dass ich nicht zuhöre: er sagte ursprünglich, er bemühe sich, einen passenden Zib zu finden - später behauptete er, er habe mir versichert, dass er einen Zib in der richtigen Farbe haben wird und dass ich ihm wohl nicht richtig zugehört hatte. Rein rechtlich sind das zwei verschiedene Paar Schuhe. Das habe ich auch so gesagt, dazu war seine Antwort, dass "die Frauen" immer Recht haben müssen, und dass man am besten immer nur "ja, Schatz" (sic!) sagt. Eine ordentliche Portion Sexismus oben drauf, wenn man nach meiner subjektiven Einschätzung fragt. Ich bin also unverrichteter Taten heimgegangen - gottseidank, denn so bin ich auf die Idee gekommen, mein Gewährleistungsrecht noch in Anspruch zu nehmen. Der Inhaber hat mir dank seiner mir widerstrebenden Art also 25€ gespart. Danke also dafür. Aber bitte nicht unnötig belehrend sein, bloß weil eine Kundin jung und weiblich ist. Denn so haben Sie zumindest mich verschreckt. Im Übrigen verwendet der Inhaber keine Maske. I found the owner to be instructive and know-it-all. Then, in the course of the conversation, he accused me of not listening: he originally said he was trying to find a suitable zib - later he claimed that he had assured me that he would have a zib in the right color and that I would had probably not really listened to him. From a purely legal point of view, these are two different things. That's what I said, his answer was that "women" always have to be right, and that it is best to always just say "yes, honey" (sic!). A good dose of sexism on top, if you ask about my subjective assessment. So I went home without having done anything - thank God, because that's how I got the idea to still make use of my warranty rights. The owner saved me 25 € thanks to his reluctant manner. So thanks for that. But please don't be unnecessarily instructive just because a customer is young and female. Because at least that's how you scared me. Otherwise, the owner does not use a mask.
