M	Marc_11K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Margareten-Apotheke ist eine kleine aber feine Apotheke. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett und zuvorkommend, sehr hilfsbereit. Als Außenstehender hat man das Gefühl dass Mitarbeiter untereinander verwandt sind - ich meine man merkt es am Umgang. Trotzdem habe ich ein kleines Minus in dieser Apotheke wahrgenommen welches ich euch gerne mitteilen möchte: vor kurzem war ich in dieser Apotheke und der Herr vor mir war substituiert. Leider wurde er nicht so behandelt wie alle anderen Kunden. Irgendwie wurde mit ihm abwertend gesprochen, was ich persönlich sehr schade finde. Jeder sollte gleich behandelt werden. Wenn ein Krebspatient in der Apotheke Medikamente holt dann wird er ja auch nicht anders bedient - zum Glück nicht! Doch das sollte auch bei Suchtpatienten so sein. Gerade ein Angestellter einer Apotheke sollte wissen dass dies auch nur eine Krankheit ist! Trotzdem kann ich diese Apotheke empfehlen. Im großen und ganzen ist hier alles super! ;-) The Margareten pharmacy is a small but fine pharmacy. The staff are nice and courteous, very helpful. As an outsider, you have the feeling that employees are related to each other - I mean you can tell from the way they deal. Nevertheless, I noticed a small minus in this pharmacy which I would like to tell you: recently I was in this pharmacy and the gentleman in front of me was substituted. Unfortunately, he was not treated like any other customer. Somehow he was talked down to, which I personally find very unfortunate. Everyone should be treated equally. If a cancer patient gets medication from the pharmacy, then he will not be served otherwise - luckily not! But that should also be the case with addiction patients. An employee of a pharmacy should know that this is just a disease! Nevertheless, I can recommend this pharmacy. Overall, everything is great here! ;-)
S	Sigi K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Während der Corona Zeit ständig nur eine Mitarbeiterin im Dienst, .. 1 Person im Geschäft erlaubt und 4-10 Leute bei Wind und Regen vor dem Geschäft. Wartezeit über 30 Minuten was auch daran lag das eleketronische Rezepte welche an die Apotheke gingen nie abholbereit waren, es musste erst gesucht werden...... andere Apotheken haben das viel besser in den Griff bekommen und hatten keine Dezimierung der Mitarbeiterzahlen, trotz Corona! During the Corona period only one employee on duty, .. 1 person allowed in the shop and 4-10 people in wind and rain in front of the shop. Waiting time over 30 minutes, which was also because the electronic prescriptions that went to the pharmacy were never ready to be picked up, it had to be searched first ...... other pharmacies got a handle on this much better and had no decimation of the number of employees, despite Corona !

O	Oliver Wolf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach schrecklich....ewige Wartezeiten wegen einer Truppe von seeeehr langsamen Mitarbeiterinen. Schwer abzuraten!!! Simply terrible ... endless waiting times because of a troop of very slow employees. Difficult to advise against!

Hab nur positives gehört. My boyfriend is doing his apprenticeship there and he likes it a lot. I talked to a colleague of his and was very friendly. Heard only positive things.

Sehr hilfreiche Beratung bei Medikation zu schwierigen med. Problemen. Das Beziehen der Medikamente via ELGA/Arzt ist schon Routine. Bestellung von nicht lagernden Produkten, Information über Wirkstoffe oder Ersatzmittel, wenn nicht lieferbar auch. Last but not least freundliche und sachliche Bedienung. Und das derzeitige vorgeschriebene Warten im Freien ist zwar ungut, aber eben unumgänglich. Ich danke. I have been a customer of Apo since the takeover in 2016, as I live in the 5th district. I can only rate it positively. Everything works perfectly. Very helpful advice on medication for difficult med. Problems. Obtaining medication via ELGA / doctor is already routine. Ordering products that are not in stock, information about active ingredients or substitutes, if not available, too. Last but not least, friendly and professional service. And the current mandatory waiting in the open air is not good, but inevitable. I thank.
F	Franz Jetel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine kleine aber sehr sehr freundliche Apotheke also die Angestellten sie sind sehr bemüht um ihre Kunden haben ein gutes Sortiment in den Regalen und achten sehr auf die Hygiene und was ich sehr positiv finde ist das sie an den Wochentagen bis 19.00 offen haben. Weiter so??? A small but very, very friendly pharmacy so the staff they are very keen to their customers have a good assortment on the shelves and pay close attention to hygiene and what I find very positive is that they are open on weekdays until 7 p.m. Keep it up???
C	Christoph Halper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich als häufiger Besucher darf die Apotheke gegenüber des trendigen Margarete Platzes enorm loben. Das Personal ist extrem nett und freundlich. Es ist kompetent auf allen Bereichen der Pharmazie. Besprochen werden konservative Ansätze, es kann sich genauso um einen exotischen Tee handeln. Es wird immer auf den Patient als Mensch eingegangen, wie beim Covid Test. As a frequent visitor, I can give enormous praise to the pharmacy across from the trendy Margarete Platz. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. It is competent in all areas of pharmacy. Conservative approaches are discussed, it can also be an exotic tea. The patient is always dealt with as a person, as in the Covid test.
