★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both waiters were rude and obnoxious pigs. They went out of their way to totally ignore us.
We considered leaving but then managed to place an order and then they continued to ignore us when we asked for the bill. I have never been treated so poorly before in any of the 40+ countries I have travelled in. The lowest point of our trip and the worst service in all of the countries we visited while in Europe. Give it a big miss. Time for new staff and /or owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by for cappuccino (togo) this morning it was so bad I trashed it before finishing it. I don't recall having a bad cup of coffee/espresso in Vienna but this one is top it! The espresso was lukewarm, watery with no flavor, forth was not creamy and flat. Shlosscafe needs a new coffee/espresso bean vendor and definitely a new barista.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful little café that's nice to pop into for an energy boost before you visit the museum. I wanted something 'Austrian' so the waiter recommended I have a Strudel, it was very tasty ! The espresso was decent. Service was kind and the food came out fast. But as I paid the bill, which was around 15€, the waiter asked me for a tip. Considering the ticket for the museum is almost 20€ I didn't appreciate this
