★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After visiting the beautiful Belvedere one expects much so it’s hard to be impartial but the quality could improve... in everything ....
In the same time the two paintings and some of the furniture is original and antique so I lived looking at the details. The coffee was good and more importantly we rested our feet after walking miles and miles around and inside the palace.

The waiter was rude to the customers and created a very stressful athmosphere.
I Came 40 min before closing and he kept looking at the watch and signalled that the time is up. He walked around and stressed Other guests to leave (long before closing). The guests were talking to eachother about how rude he was. We were all so surprised about hos bad behaviour.
Too bad that the service was so awful because the decor is actually nice.
Better buy Manner neapolitaner in the museum shop and sit outdoors!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to leave a very poor review for this cafe simply because one of the members of staff was so incredibly rude to me. Just because I wanted to pay with card and didn’t want to leave a tip. ( I think this is my choice)
All the other members of staff were helpful and nice, but the short, dark haired man working behind the counter has a serious attitude problem, and really needs to get a different job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place and excellent attitude, delicious cocktail and cake. The weather was very very windy and it overturned my glass with spritz. It was spotted and immediately brought me a new cocktail, thank you so much.
